All of our services are fixed and cash based so you never have to wonder what your cost might be. We provide the patients with an invoice that they can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
The invoice or superbill has all of the pertinent information needed for a patient to submit reimbursement from their insurance company. The invoice also contains a statement that the patient has paid in full for the visit and that reimbursement should go directly to the patient. The Insurance company will then reimburse the patient based on their out-of-network benefits.
